Our 2 mildest sauces are Green Room and Platarindo. The first is a lime cilantro Jalapeño mild Mexican style. The second is very different, sweet and a little tart with slgiht delayed heat.

We have many flavorful medium sauces, ranging from fruity to smoky. They are Piña Ginger, Parrot, Passsionero, Smoke, and finally Mango Blaze, which is slightly hotter than the rest of the mediums.

Our 2 hottest sauces are made with Carolina Reaper, Ghost, Habanero, and Panameño chiles. But they do have plenty of flavor from bell peppers, sweet onion, garlic, and lots of delicious dry spices. They are Caribbean Scorch and Dragon's Breath.
